Shipping methods

Shipping costs are incurred for the dispatch of our IT books.

The training or the provision of the training voucher is free of shipping costs.

The shipping costs are calculated in the checkout dialog depending on the delivery address and the weight of the goods. This results in different prices for national shipping, shipping within the European Union and international shipments.

Your advantage:

• You can choose the day and place of delivery yourself. You will receive this information in an e-mail from DHL.
• You can view the shipping status at any time via the DHL portal.
• The shipments are sent with transport insurance. This means that there is no risk for you as a customer. If your shipment is lost, you will receive your ordered goods late.
• Returns are free of charge for you and are sent via DHL. You will receive the return label from us.
