Target group

The ITIL 4 Foundation exam preparation is suitable for students who can familiarize themselves with topics independently. In principle, the exam preparation is also suitable for anyone interested in gaining and applying a basic understanding of the modern and holistic IT service management approach, whereby previous knowledge of service management, IT consulting or IT project management is helpful.

Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites that have to be fulfilled. Therefore, anyone can take part in the training.
