Module 8: The purpose of this module is to recognize the importance of ITIL guiding principles and essential concepts for achieving high velocity IT. In this context, we will focus on understanding key principles, models and concepts such as lean culture, Toyota Kata and complexity thinking. Module 9: The purpose of this module is to look at concepts related to the high velocity of the digital enterprise, including the demands it places on IT.
In this context, we want to understand the five key objectives associated with digital products, namely: valuable investment through strategic innovation and effective IT application, rapid development for fast realization and delivery of IT services, resilient operations for highly resilient IT services, co-created value through effective service provider-consumer interactions and ensured conformity with governance, risk and compliance (GRC) requirements. Module 10: The purpose of this module is to equip you with the knowledge and skills required to contribute to value creation with digital products. In particular, we will focus on understanding how service providers ensure the realization of valuable investments, while learning how to use essential practices such as portfolio management and relationship management to support the achievement of valuable investments. Module 11: The purpose of this module is to provide you with the knowledge and skills required to contribute to value creation with digital products. We will focus on understanding how service providers ensure the realization of rapid development, while learning how to apply critical practices, including architecture management, business analysis, deployment management, service validation and testing, and software development and management, all of which contribute to rapid development. Module 12: The purpose of this module is to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to contribute to value creation with digital products. We will focus on understanding how service providers ensure the achievement of resilient operations and you will also learn how to apply essential practices such as availability management, capacity and performance management, monitoring and incident management, problem management, service continuity management, and infrastructure and platform management, all of which contribute to resilient operations. Module 13: The purpose of this module is to provide you with the knowledge and skills required to contribute to value creation with digital products. We will explore how service providers ensure the realization of co-created value and focus on essential information. In addition, you will learn how to apply key practices such as relationship management, service design and service desk to actively contribute to co-creating value with the service consumer. Module 14: The purpose of this module is to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to contribute to value creation with digital products. We will look at how service providers ensure the achievement of guaranteed compliance, focusing on high impact information. In addition, you will learn how to apply essential practices such as information security management and risk management to actively contribute to the realization of guaranteed compliance.
