The ITIL 4 Foundation course is suitable for anyone interested in gaining and applying a basic understanding of the modern and holistic IT service management approach, whereby previous knowledge of service management, IT consulting or IT project management is helpful.

Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites that have to be fulfilled.
Therefore, anyone can take part in the training.
