Module 2: This module focuses on areas important to workforce planning and employee satisfaction. Module 3: This module focuses on the important directions in the use of information and technology (artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotic process automation) in the effective creation, delivery and support of products and services. Module 4: This module provides guidance on the role of a value stream in the service value system, the structure and taxonomy of a value stream and the documentation of a value stream. The documentation of value streams is used to understand how work is carried out throughout the organization. Module 5: This module provides guidance on a typical example of a value stream to create a new service. Module 6: In complex IT organizations, failure is to be expected and must be dealt with quickly. This module provides guidance on a value stream model with the typical activities expected in detecting and resolving failures and how these activities can be used to improve the service. Module 7: This module focuses on prioritizing work, various techniques for prioritizing work, and commonly used methods for managing demand. Module 8: This module focuses on the sourcing strategy for creating service components using existing organizational resources as opposed to sourcing these components from partners or suppliers. You can also test and consolidate your knowledge with a summary learning checklist at the end of each module. At the end of the course, an overall summary is available and you can test your knowledge with quizzes.
