ITIL 4 eLearning training courses for Practice Manager

eLearning – it couldn’t be more convenient.
You can learn whenever it suits your schedule.
Many of our customers also learn during working hours in consultation with their team and management.

We offer a total of three scopes of services for the eLearning training courses.

The training prices include all costs except for the ITIL 4 Foundation training, including the PeopleCert exam.
There are no additional costs unless you order an IT textbook or optional services.

The prices are for entrepreneurs acc.
§ 14 BGB (German Civil Code) and do not include the value added tax applicable at the time of the order.

These trainings are important for a Practice Manager

You must complete the training

  • ITIL 4 Foundation
  • ITIL 4 Create, Deliver and Support

and pass the exams.

You must also pass 5 exams from the total of 15 practices. You can choose a bundle training course consisting of five fixed practices. These are

  • ITIL 4 Collaborate, Assure and Improve
  • ITIL 4 Plan, Implement and Control
  • ITIL 4 Monitor, Support and Fulfil

The prerequisite for participating in a Practices training course is that you have the ITIL® 4 Foundation certificate.

Prices: The prices quoted are net complete prices and include the examination fee.

The prices are for entrepreneurs according to § 14 BGB plus VAT.

ITIL 4 eLearning training: ITIL 4 Foundation, the basis for all trainings

The ITIL 4 Foundation training must be completed in any case.
Once you have passed the exam, you can attend the ITIL 4 Create, Deliver and Support course or one of the three bundle courses.
Alternatively, it is also possible to attend the practices courses individually.

ITIL 4 eLearning trainings: CDS and Practices Bundle Trainings

The ITIL 4 Create, Deliver and Support training is a higher level training and is based on the basic knowledge of the ITIL 4 Foundation training.

The three bundle training courses each cover five practices.

ITIL® 4 Foundation Training

The ITIL® 4 Foundation Training is the basis for all further training and the start of your career. You must complete this course first. In this course you will learn the basics of ITIL® 4.

ITIL® 4 Create, Deliver and Support

The ITIL® 4 Create Deliver and Support training builds on the ITIL® 4 Foundation training and expands your knowledge. This course must be completed after the Foundation course to qualify as an ITIL® Practice Manager (PM) and ITIL® Managing Professional (MP). This course is a specialist course.

ITIL® 4 Practices-Bundle Collaborate, Assure and Improve

By passing the ITIL® 4 exam of the Practices

  1. Continuous Improvement (CI)
  2. Service Level Management (SLM)
  3. Relation Ship Management (RSM)
  4. Information Security Management (ISM)

ITIL® 4 Direct, Plan and Improve

After passing the ITIL® 4 Foundation (FND) and ITIL® 4 Create, Deliver and Support (CDS), ITIL® 4 Drive Stakeholder Value (DSV) and ITIL® 4 High Velocity IT (HVIT) exams, you will be awarded the title"ITIL Managing Professional (MP)".

You have learned a lot, acquired excellent and extensive knowledge and can put it into practice. Now is the time to start a new salary negotiation.

This course is a strategy course and is also required for the "ITIL Strategic Leader (SL)" career path.

ITIL® 4 Direct, Plan and Improve

After passing the ITIL® 4 Foundation (FND) and ITIL® 4 Create, Deliver and Support (CDS), ITIL® 4 Drive Stakeholder Value (DSV) and ITIL® 4 High Velocity IT (HVIT) exams, you will be awarded the title"ITIL Managing Professional (MP)".

ITIL® 4 Master

With the titles"ITIL Practice Manager (PM)","ITIL Managing Professional (MP)" and"ITIL Strategic Leader (SL)" you have the title "ITIL Master".
