There are no additional costs unless you order an IT textbook or optional services.

The ITIL 4 Foundation training is a basic training course that must be completed in any case.
Once you have passed the exam, you have the opportunity to attend one of the four specialist training courses.

The ITIL 4 Foundation certificate can be obtained after attending the training in eLearning, classroom or online format.

ITIL® 4 Create, Deliver and Support

The ITIL® 4 Create Deliver and Support training builds on the ITIL® 4 Foundation training and expands your knowledge. This course must be completed after the Foundation course to qualify as an ITIL® Practice Manager (PM) and ITIL® Managing Professional (MP). This course is a specialist course.
