Steffen Heinze founded Heinze Consulting GmbH, a consulting company for companies, in 2010.
The business activities were expanded to include a training center in 2022 and the “Heinze Education brand” was founded in 2024.

What we do
The “Heinze Education” brand originated from the retrospective observation of completed IT projects. Projects have often shown that the fundamental knowledge of a comprehensive operating model can be significantly improved.
We have therefore decided to offer the necessary and fundamental understanding of the ITIL® 4 operating model at . Since 2022, we have been reorganizing our training topics in order to offer qualified training courses not only on a project-specific basis, but also officially on the market in cooperation with PeopleCert .
Experienced trainers convey the content in an understandable way and prepare you for certification with PeopleCert, which is valid worldwide.
